Return Policy

At Artemis Oasis, all sales are final. Due to the nature of our natural health products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless a product arrives damaged.

Damaged Products

We are happy to replace damaged items if the following steps are followed within 48 hours of delivery:

  1. Take clear pictures of the damaged product.

  2. Email the images and a brief description to support@artemisoasis.com.

  3. Upon approval, we will send a replacement at no extra cost.

Note: If we do not receive photos within 48 hours, we will be unable to offer a replacement.

Non-Returnable Items

  • All items are final sale unless damaged during shipping.

  • Gift cards are non-returnable.

Refunds

Refunds are only provided in cases of damaged or defective products. We may offer a replacement or store credit.


Order Changes

We work with a third-party logistics provider to ensure timely, accurate order fulfillment.
If you need to make changes, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at support@artemisoasis.com. While we’ll do our best to assist, we recommend reviewing your order carefully before submission.

Note: Orders placed on Fridays after 12 pm EST will be processed the following Monday.
