Shipping Locations: We currently ship to all provinces and territories within Canada, and to the USA.
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive an email notification with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Rates (Canada):
Standard Shipping: 3–9 business days – Flat rate of $10 CAD for all orders under $75 CAD.
Express Shipping: 1–2 business days – $16 CAD.
Free Shipping: Available on Canadian orders over $75 CAD (before taxes and discounts).
Same-Day Delivery or Pickup: Available in select areas. Please contact us directly through WhatsApp at 647-556-0230 to arrange.
USA Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout based on your location.

Canada: Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days ( Standard Shipping) after processing; rural/remote areas may take longer.

Backorders: If a product is on backorder, we will notify you and ship your order once restocked.
Return Policy
At Artemis Oasis, all sales are final. Due to the nature of our natural health products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless a product arrives damaged.
Damaged Products
We are happy to replace damaged items if the following steps are followed within 48 hours of delivery:
Take clear pictures of the damaged product.
Email the images and a brief description to support@artemisoasis.com.
Upon approval, we will send a replacement at no extra cost.
Note: If we do not receive photos within 48 hours, we will be unable to offer a replacement.
Non-Returnable Items
All items are final sale unless damaged during shipping.
Gift cards are non-returnable.
Refunds
Refunds are only provided in cases of damaged or defective products. We may offer a replacement or store credit.
